本隐私政策适用于开发者广东睡神生物科技有限公司(以下简称"我们")"Hypnuse睡眠工场"及Hypnuse微信公众号、网页及其他平台向您提供的产品或服务。为了更好地为您提供贴心的服务,您在使用我们的产品或服务时,我们可能会收集和使用您的相关信息。我们非常重视用户的隐私和个人信息保护,我们希望通过本隐私政策向您说明我们在您使用我们的产品或服务时如何收集、使用、保存、共享和转让这些信息,以及我们为您提供的访问、更新、删除和保护这些信息的方式。
以下是我们的特别提示,请您重点关注:

一、我们收集了哪些信息
(一)注册账号功能及睡眠监测功能相关的信息
当您注册Hypnuse账号时,我们可能会收集您的手机号码、验证码匹配结果(敏感个人信息),并创建您的账号、用户名和密码。收集这些信息是为了帮助您完成Hypnuse账号注册,保护您的账号安全;同时,我们收集手机号码也为了验证您的身份,满足相关法律法规的网络实名制要求。
我们记录用户电子健康档案(敏感个人信息),是为了确保我们了解您目前的睡眠状况、健康状况,并且提供不同形式的服务内容。
我们获取睡眠相关的心率血氧和体动数据信息(敏感个人信息),是为了根据睡眠监测结果给您制定个性化的睡眠改善方案。
我们提供的业务功能需要依赖上述信息才得以运行。如果您拒绝提供这些信息,您可能无法正常注册Hypnuse账号。您还可以根据自身需求选择填写昵称、出生日期和时间、性别等信息;当您登陆个人账户后,可以进入"设置"板块修改和完善个人信息。这些信息对改善服务质量、研发新产品或服务等有非常重要的意义。
用户在注册首页弹层中允许《隐私政策》后,进入到应用程序中进行训练。在使用Hypnuse软件应用的过程中,可同时佩戴服务提供方指定的设备,服务提供方将根据训练设备记录下来的心率血氧和体动(敏感个人信息)等信息对用户的睡眠质量进行分析,并向用户公布其睡眠监测结果、睡眠改善方案。您允许《隐私政策》并使用产品相关功能,即表示您同意和允许我们收集、维护、处理、使用心率血氧和体动记录(敏感个人信息)等信息。
(二)与改善和优化服务及保障账号安全相关的信息
当您使用我们的产品和服务时,我们可能会收集您使用设备的设备信息与日志相关信息,以便了解产品对不同硬件设备适配性、确保操作环境安全、识别账号异常状态,我们会收集以下信息,用于分析产品的使用状况、排查崩溃原因、减少崩溃情况,以不断改进我们的产品,以及保障账号和系统安全:
- 设备信息:我们会根据您在软件安装和使用中的具体操作,接收并记录您所使用的设备相关信息(包括设备型号、硬件序列号、设备MAC地址、操作系统版本、设备设置、唯一设备识别码(IMEI,IDFA,GID、MAC、OAID,VAID,AAID、IMSI,MEID,UAID、SN、ICCID、SIM信息)、UUID、必要的移动应用列表信息、应用运行列表、软硬件及设备、设备环境信息)、设备所在位置相关信息(包括您授权的WLAN接入点和基站传感器信息)。
- 日志信息:当您使用我们的网站或客户端提供的产品或服务时,我们会自动收集您的详细使用情况,并作为网络日志保存。日志信息包括您的搜索和浏览记录、播放记录、访问量、播放时长、IP地址、WIFI网络、电信运营商网络、使用的语言、访问日期和时间。
(三)信息提供和展示
消息推送服务供应商:由深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司提供推送技术服务,我们可能会将您的设备平台、设备厂商、设备品牌、设备识别码等设备信息,应用列表信息、网络信息以及位置相关信息提供给深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司,用于为您提供消息推送技术服务。我们在向您推送消息时,我们可能会授权深圳市和讯华谷信息技术有限公司进行链路调节,相互促活被关闭的SDK推送进程,保障您可以及时接收到我们向您推送的消息。详细内容请访问《极光隐私政策》。
您有权按照本隐私政策第八节提供的方式关闭该信息推送,在您关闭后,我们将不再向您的设备推送信息,关闭信息推送不会影响您使用其他服务。为确保本应用处于关闭或后台运行状态下可正常接收到推送信息,在征得您的明确同意后,本应用须使用自启动能力,将存在一定频率通过系统发送广播唤醒本应用自启动行为。如您想关掉自启动功能,可能会导致无法正常接收推送消息。您可以在设置-应用-自启动管理中关闭自启动功能。
(四)提供安全保障功能
为履行维护网络安全义务,提高您使用服务的安全性,确保操作环境安全,预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入等安全风险,以预防、发现和调查潜在的违法违规或违反用户服务协议、政策或规则的行为,我们以及在应用程序中嵌入的应用安全SDK将在后台自动收集您的设备信息、日志信息以及其他取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息,综合判断您账号风险、完成身份验证、检测,防范安全事件,并依法采取必要的记录、分析、处置措施保护各方合法权益稳定不受侵害。
设备信息:包括设备标识符(IMEI、IDFA ID、MAC、OAID、IMSI及其他设备相关信息)、应用信息(应用崩溃信息、通知开关状态、应用安装列表及、应用运行列表及其他应用相关信息)、设备参数及系统信息(设备类型、设备型号、操作系统及硬件相关信息),设备网络环境信息(IP地址,WiFi信息,基站信息及其他网络相关信息)。以产品实际采集情况为准。服务日志信息:包括浏览记录、点击查看记录、搜索查询记录、收藏、用户反馈、分享信息,以及IP地址、浏览器类型、电信运营商、使用语言、访问日期和时间。
(五)调用权限提供其他附加服务
为向您提供更便捷、更优质的产品及/或服务,努力提升您的体验,我们在向您提供的以下附加服务中可能会通过开启系统权限以收集和使用您的个人信息。如果您不同意开启相关权限,不会影响您使用Hypnuse的基本服务,但您可能无法获得这些附加服务给您带来的用户体验。您可自行决定这些权限随时的开启或关闭。
请您注意,您开启任一权限代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务,您关闭任一权限代表您取消了授权,我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息,也无法继续为您提供该权限所对应的服务。您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。
- 相机/摄像头权限:通过访问您的相机,您可以使用摄像头进行拍摄影像、照片,以及特定场景下经您授权参与平台活动。
- 相册和存储权限:您可在开启相册权限后上传您的照片/图片/视频以及本地缓存视音频文件,便于您进行头像更换、保存报告图片、上传遇到的问题截图,或与客服沟通您所遇到的问题。我们可能会通过您所上传的照片/图片来识别您遇到的问题给您提供解决方案。
- 通知权限:如您参与我们运营活动,我们可能会使用到通知权限来推送提醒您进行训练。我们将通过弹窗方式询问您是否开启通知权限。
- 蓝牙权限:您需要使用硬件配对连接我们的软件产品,我们可能会使用到蓝牙权限来实现通过蓝牙控制和使用硬件连接服务。我们将在您使用蓝牙连接时通过跳转设备系统设置页面进行询问。
- 位置权限:如您使用硬件设备配对连接时,我们可能会申请获取您的位置权限,以便更好的配对连接。
(六)使用Cookie和同类技术收集的信息
为确保Hypnuse的正常运转、为您获得更轻松的访问体验,我们会在您的移动设备上放置安全的Cookie及相关技术(统称"Cookie")收集信息。Cookie是您浏览网页时,网站服务器放在客户端(您的计算机、移动电话或其他智能终端)里面的一个小小的文本文件,存储了一些与用户访问网站有关的信息。
在您使用我们的产品与/或服务时,我们可能会使用Cookie收集您的一些个人信息,包括:您的登录信息,您访问Hypnuse的习惯。我们通过Cookie收集您的登陆信息是为了保护您的信息和账号安全性,排查针对我们的产品和服务的作弊、黑客、欺诈行为;简化您重复操作的步骤(如注册、登录),避免不必要的服务器负载,提高服务效率,节省资源、能源;改善我们的产品和服务。这些信息并非该业务功能运行所必需,我们收集您访问Hypnuse的习惯是为了便于您查看使用历史,了解您使用我们服务的方式,以求改善我们的产品和服务的用户体验,为新产品或功能的研发提供参考数据。
我们不会强制要求您提供这些信息,您如拒绝不会对使用该业务功能产生不利影响。如果您的设备或设备附加服务允许,您可修改对Cookie的接受程度或拒绝我们的Cookie。但如果您这么做,在某些情况下可能会影响您安全使用Hypnuse,且可能需要在每一次使用Hypnuse时更改用户设置。
(七)有关个人敏感信息的提示
个人敏感信息,是一旦泄露或者非法使用,容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息,包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹等信息,以及不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。敏感信息在本政策中会做加粗或加下划线提示。
以上由您提供或我们收集您的信息中,可能包含您的个人敏感信息,例如验证码匹配结果、健康生理信息、心率血氧和体动数据、位置信息。请您谨慎并留意个人敏感信息,您同意我们可以按本政策所述的目的和方式来处理您的个人敏感信息。
(八)其他
如上文所述,如果某一需要收集您的个人信息的功能或产品/服务未能在本隐私政策中予以说明的,或者我们超出与收集您的个人信息时所声称的目的使用您的个人信息前,或者我们对收集信息的方式、范围及目的进行更新时,我们会通过更新本隐私政策、页面提示、弹窗、消息通知、网站公告或其他便于您获知的方式另行向您说明,并为您提供自主选择同意的方式,且在征得您同意后收集和使用您的个人信息。
二、我们如何使用您的信息
根据您的账户信息、设备信息、使用我们服务的信息,统计和了解您使用我们服务的情况,改善我们的产品和服务的设计和功能,优化用户体验,根据您提供的联系方式对您进行必要的电话回访或电子邮件、短信通知。
为提高您使用我们及我们合作伙伴提供服务的安全性,保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入等安全风险,更准确地识别违反法律法规或Hypnuse相关协议规则的情况,我们可能使用或整合您的账户信息、设备信息、应用程序使用信息以及我们合作伙伴取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息。
如果我们将信息用于本政策未载明的其他用途,或者将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的,我们会事先征求您的同意。
在不透露单个用户隐私资料的前提下,我们有权对整个用户信息数据库进行技术分析并将已进行分析、整理后的用户数据库进行商业上的利用。我们将采取商业上合理可行的方式保护用户个人信息的安全,利用其可以获得的安全技术和程序来保护用户的个人信息不被未经授权地访问、使用或泄漏。
三、如何保护未成年人个人信息
如前言所述,本平台仅面向十八周岁(含)以上用户。我们不会在明知的情况下收集十八周岁以下的未成年人个人信息。如果您发现我们无意收集了未成年人的个人信息,请您立即通知我们,我们会尽快设法删除相关数据。
四、征得授权同意的例外
根据相关法律法规规定,以下情形中收集和您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意:
- 与我们履行法律法规规定的义务有关的;
- 与国家安全、国防安全直接有关的;
- 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接有关的;
- 与刑事侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接有关的;
- 出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人授权同意的;
- 所涉及的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的;
- 根据您要求签订和履行合同所必需的;
- 从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的,如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道;
- 维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的,例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障;
- 为合法的新闻报道所必需的;
- 法律、法规或国家标准规定的其他情形。
五、我们如何存储您的个人信息
原则上,我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息,将存储在中华人民共和国境内。由于我们通过遍布全球的资源和服务器提供产品或服务,这意味着,在获得您的授权同意后,您的个人信息可能会被转移到您使用产品或服务所在国家/地区的境外管辖区,或者受到来自这些管辖区的访问。
此类管辖区可能设有不同的数据保护法,甚至未设立相关法律。在此类情况下,我们会确保您的个人信息得到在中华人民共和国境内足够同等的保护。例如,我们会请求您对跨境转移个人信息的同意,或者在跨境数据转移之前实施数据去标识化等安全举措。
我们仅在本政策所属目的的所必须期间和法律法规要求的时限内存储您的个人信息。在上述期限到期时,我们会删除您的个人信息或者对其进行匿名化处理,或者在匿名化或者删除皆不可能实现(例如您的个人信息已经在备份中存储)的时候,安全地储存您的这些个人信息并且将这些个人信息与其他的数据处理区隔开来。
如我们停止运营Hypnuse的产品或服务,我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动,并将以公告的形式进行停止运营通知。同时,我们会对您的个人信息按照本节第二段进行处理。
六、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息
(一)共享
我们不会与任何公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息,除非获得您的明确同意。但以下情况除外:
- 我们可能会根据法律法规规定、诉讼争议解决需要,或按行政、司法机关依法提出的要求,对外共享您的个人信息。
- 在法律法规允许的范围内,为维护我们或合作伙伴、您或其他Hypnuse用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害而有必要共享您的个人信息。
- 与第三方合作伙伴共享。我们可能会委托第三方合作伙伴代我们处理个人信息,或与我们有业务合作关系的合作伙伴共享您的个人信息。但我们仅允许有必要知晓这些信息合作伙伴访问您的信息,并为此设置了严格的访问权限控制和监控机制。我们同时要求可能接触到您的信息的所有人员履行相应的保密义务。如果未能履行这些义务,可能会被追究法律责任或被中止与我们的合作关系。且我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要的目的共享您的个人信息,并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。除非您另行授权同意,我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。我们的合作伙伴包括以下类型:
- 提供技术、咨询服务的服务提供商。我们可能会将您的个人信息共享给支持我们提供服务的第三方服务提供商。这些服务提供商包括为我们提供基础设施技术服务、数据处理、核验、公估、信用审查、风控和客户服务等的机构。但我们要求这些服务提供商只能出于为我们提供服务的目的使用您的信息,而不得出于其自身利益使用您的信息。
- 广告、分析服务类的授权合作伙伴。除非获得您的明确授权同意,否则我们不会与第三方广告商、分析服务提供商(例如应用流量监测服务提供商)或其他合作伙伴共享您的个人信息。我们可能会向这些合作伙伴提供汇总后的信息、匿名化后的信息或者其他不会识别到您个人身份的信息,但不会分享您的任何身份信息、账号信息或其他可识别信息。我们会不时对该等合作伙伴或服务提供商进行技术监测和行为审计,并要求其遵循合作法律协议,以最大限度地确保其依法、依规、依约收集和使用数据。
(二)共享原则
- 授权同意原则:向我们的关联方、第三方共享您的个人信息,需经过您的授权同意,除非共享的个人信息是去标识化处理后的信息,且共享第三方无法重新识别此类信息的自然人主体。如果关联方、第三方使用信息的目的超越原授权同意范围,他们需要重新征得您的同意。
- 合法正当与最小必要原则:向关联方、第三方共享的数据必须具有合法正当目的,且共享的数据以达成目的必要为限。
- 安全审慎原则:我们将审慎评估关联方、第三方数据使用共享信息的目的,对这些合作方的安全保障能力进行综合评估,并要求其遵循合作法律协议。我们会对合作方获取信息的软件工具开发包(SDK)、应用程序接口(API)进行严格的安全监测,以保护数据安全。
(三)接入第三方SDK情况
为保障我们客户端的稳定运行、功能实现,使您能够使用和享受更多的服务及功能,我们的应用中会嵌入授权合作伙伴的SDK或其他类似的应用程序。我们会对授权合作伙伴获取有关信息的应用程序接口(API)、软件工具开发包(SDK)进行严格的安全检测,并与授权合作伙伴约定严格的数据保护措施,令其按照本政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。
当您在Hypnuse中使用该授权合作伙伴提供的相关服务,该等服务插件将收集和处理您的相关个人信息。请注意,第三方SDK可能因为其版本升级、策略调整等原因导致数据处理类型存在一定变化,请以其公示的官方说明为准。我们强烈建议您在使用任何第三方SDK服务前先行查看并了解其隐私条款。
(四)转让
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给其他任何公司、组织或个人,但以下情形除外:
- 事先获得您明确的同意或授权;获得您的明确同意或授权后,我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息;
- 根据适用的法律法规、法律程序的要求、强制性的行政或司法要求所必须的情况进行提供;
- 符合与您签署的相关协议(包括在线签署的电子协议以及相应的平台规则)或其他的法律文件约定所提供;
- 随着我们业务的发展,我们有可能进行合并、收购、资产转让或其他类似的交易。如相关交易涉及到您的个人信息转让,我们会要求新持有您个人信息的公司、组织和个人继续受此政策约束,否则我们将要求该公司、组织和个人重新征得您的授权同意。
(五)公开披露
我们仅会在以下情况,且采取符合业界标准的安全防护措施的前提下,公开披露您的个人信息:
- 根据您的需求,在您明确同意的披露方式下披露您所指定的个人信息;
- 根据法律、法规的要求、强制性的行政执法或司法要求所必须提供您个人信息的情况下,我们可能会依据所要求的个人信息类型和披露方式公开披露您的个人信息。在符合法律法规的前提下,当我们收到上述披露信息的请求时,我们会要求必须出具与之相应的法律文件,如传票或核查函。我们坚信,对于要求我们提供的信息,应该在法律允许的范围内尽可能保持透明。我们对所有的请求都进行了慎重的审查,以确保其具备合法依据,且仅限于执法部门因特定核查目的且有合法权利获取的数据。
七、我们如何保护您的个人信息
我们已采取符合业界标准的安全防护措施保护您提供的个人信息,防止数据遭到未经授权访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏或丢失。我们会采取一切合理可行的措施,保护您的个人信息。包括:
- 我们设置了专门的个人信息保护负责人,负责处理Hypnuse相关产品和服务可能涉及到用户个人信息的各项事务,以及规划和制定公司的隐私政策、审核各产品的用户使用协议、监督各产品的工作原理和信息处理机制等。
- 我们按照信息安全等级保护的要求制定了信息安全工作的总体方针和安全策略,建立了覆盖主机、数据、应用、管理等层面的安全管理制度,设立了技术部为信息安全管理工作的职能部门,明确了安全管理机构内的各个部门和岗位的职责、分工和技能要求,制定了明确的人员录用和离职管理规范。
- 我们存储用户个人信息的服务器系统均为安全加固后的操作系统。我们会对服务器操作进行账户审计及监控。如果发现外部公告有安全问题的服务器操作系统,Hypnuse会在第一时间进行服务器安全升级,确保Hypnuse所有服务器系统及应用安全。
- 我们为工作人员定期举办个人信息保护相关法律法规培训,以加强工作人员的用户个人隐私保护意识。
- 我们制定了信息安全事件应急预案,并调配足够的资源保障确保应急预案的执行。我们每年对应急预案进行了培训和应急事件演练。如果我们的物理、技术或管理防护措施不幸遭到破坏,我们会及时启动应急预案,防止安全事件扩大,按照法律法规的要求上报国家主管机关,并及时采取推送、公告等合理、有效的方式向您告知安全事件的基本情况、可能的影响、已经采取的措施或将要采取的措施等。
请您理解,由于技术的限制以及风险防范的局限,即便我们已经尽量加强安全措施,也无法始终保证信息百分之百的安全。您需要了解,您接入我们所用的系统和通讯网络,有可能因我们可控范围外的情况而发生问题。
八、您管理个人信息的权利
在您使用Hypnuse的产品及服务期间,您可以通过以下方式访问并管理您的个人信息:
(一)访问和更正您的个人信息
您可以通过登陆Hypnuse个人账号,查询和更正您的Hypnuse账户信息以及您提供的信息。
(二)删除您的个人信息
以下情况发生时,您有权要求Hypnuse删除您的个人信息:
- 我们没有征求您的同意,违法收集了您的个人信息。
- 我们处理您的个人信息违反了法律法规要求。
- 我们违反了与您的约定来使用和处理您的个人信息。
- 您注销了Hypnuse账号、卸载或者不再使用我们的产品或服务。
- 我们停止对您提供服务。
您可以通过本隐私政策第十节提供的方式联系我们要求删除您的个人信息,我们会在确认您的用户身份后的15个工作日内予以回复。当我们从服务器中删除您的个人信息后,我们可能不会立即从备份系统中删除相应的数据,但会在备份更新的时候删除这些信息。
(三)撤回您的授权或改变您授权同意的范围
请您理解,每个业务功能需要一些必要的个人信息才能得以完成,当您撤回同意或授权后,我们无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务和功能,也不再处理您相应的个人信息。但您撤回同意或授权的决定,不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的个人信息处理。
如果您想撤回授予给我们的设备权限,您随时可通过以下方式撤回:
- 当您使用App时,您可以在设备本身操作系统中的"设置"中关闭相机(照片)、麦克风(录音)、通知(推送信息)、电话(设备通话状态和识别码),改变同意范围或撤回您的授权。撤回授权后我们将不再使用该等权限。
- 当您使用小程序时,您可以在小程序界面中管理小程序获得的应用权限,您可以撤回对小程序的应用权限授权。
(四)注销您的个人账户

(五)响应您的上述请求
为保障安全,您可能需要提供书面请求,或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用,但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段(例如,需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际(例如,涉及备份磁带上存放的信息)的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。

I. What Information We Collect
A. Information Related to Account Registration and Sleep Monitoring
When you register for a Hypnuse account, we may collect your phone number and SMS verification code matching results (sensitive personal information), and create your account, username, and password. This information is collected to help you complete Hypnuse account registration, protect your account security, and verify your identity to meet real-name registration requirements under relevant laws and regulations.
We record users' electronic health records (sensitive personal information) to understand your current sleep status and health condition and provide different forms of services.
We obtain sleep-related heart rate, blood oxygen, and body movement data (sensitive personal information) to formulate personalized sleep improvement plans based on sleep monitoring results.
The business functions we provide rely on the above information to operate. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to register a Hypnuse account normally. You may also choose to fill in information such as nickname, date of birth, time of birth, and gender according to your needs. These pieces of information are of great significance for improving service quality and developing new products or services.
During the use of the Hypnuse software application, you may simultaneously wear designated devices provided by the service provider, which will analyze your sleep quality based on information such as heart rate, blood oxygen, and body movement (sensitive personal information) recorded by the training device, and provide you with sleep monitoring results and sleep improvement plans. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and using the relevant product features, you consent to and allow us to collect, maintain, process, and use heart rate, blood oxygen, and body movement records (sensitive personal information) and other information.
B. Information Related to Improving Services and Ensuring Account Security
When you use our products and services, we may collect device information and log information related to the device you use, in order to understand product compatibility with different hardware devices, ensure operating environment security, and identify abnormal account status:
- Device Information: Based on your specific operations during software installation and use, we receive and record device-related information (including device model, hardware serial number, device MAC address, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA,, GID, MAC, OAID, VAID, AAID, IMSI, MEID, UAID, SN, ICCID, SIM information), UUID, necessary mobile application list information, application running list, software/hardware and device information, device environment information), and device location-related information (including WLAN access points and base station sensor information you have authorized).
- Log Information: When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we automatically collect your detailed usage and save it as network logs. Log information includes your search and browsing history, playback history, visit volume, playback duration, IP address, WIFI network, telecom operator network, language used, and access date and time.
C. Information Provision and Display
Push Notification Service Provider: Push notification technology services are provided by Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Jiguang / JPush). We may provide your device platform, device manufacturer, device brand, device identifiers and other device information, application list information, network information, and location-related information to them for providing push notification services. For details, please refer to the Jiguang Privacy Policy.
You have the right to disable push notifications through the methods provided in Section VIII of this Policy. After you disable them, we will no longer push messages to your device, and disabling push notifications will not affect your use of other services. To ensure push notifications can be received normally when the app is closed or running in the background, this app may need to use self-start capability with your explicit consent. If you wish to disable self-start, you can do so in Settings - Apps - Self-start Management.
D. Security Protection Functions
To fulfill our obligation to maintain network security, improve the security of your use of services, ensure operating environment security, and prevent security risks such as phishing, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, we and the application security SDKs embedded in the app will automatically collect your device information, log information, and other information obtained with your authorization or shared in accordance with law in the background, to comprehensively assess your account risk, complete identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and legally take necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties from infringement.
E. Permissions for Additional Services
To provide you with more convenient and higher-quality products and/or services, we may collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions in the following additional services. If you do not agree to enable the relevant permissions, your use of Hypnuse's basic services will not be affected, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services. You can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time.
- Camera Permission: By accessing your camera, you can use the camera to capture images and photos, and participate in platform activities with your authorization in specific scenarios.
- Photo Album and Storage Permission: After enabling the photo album permission, you can upload your photos/pictures/videos and locally cached audio/video files, making it convenient for you to change your avatar, save report images, upload screenshots of problems encountered, or communicate with customer service. We may identify the problems you encounter through the photos/pictures you upload to provide solutions.
- Notification Permission: If you participate in our operational activities, we may use notification permission to push reminders for you to conduct training. We will ask you whether to enable notification permission through pop-up windows.
- Bluetooth Permission: You need to use hardware pairing to connect with our software products. We may use Bluetooth permission to control and use hardware connection services through Bluetooth. We will ask you by redirecting to the device system settings page when you use Bluetooth connection.
- Location Permission: When you use hardware device pairing connection, we may request your location permission for better pairing and connection.
F. Information Collected Using Cookies and Similar Technologies
To ensure the normal operation of Hypnuse and provide you with a more relaxed access experience, we place secure cookies and related technologies (collectively referred to as "Cookies") on your mobile device to collect information. A cookie is a small text file placed by a website server on the client (your computer, mobile phone, or other smart terminal) when you browse a web page, storing some information related to your visit to the website.
When you use our products and/or services, we may use cookies to collect some of your personal information, including: your login information and your habits when visiting Hypnuse. We collect your login information through cookies to protect your information and account security, and to detect cheating, hacking, and fraud targeting our products and services; to simplify the steps of your repeated operations (such as registration and login), avoid unnecessary server load, improve service efficiency, and save resources and energy; and to improve our products and services.
If your device or additional device services permit, you may modify the acceptance level of cookies or reject our cookies. However, if you do so, in some cases it may affect your safe use of Hypnuse, and you may need to change user settings each time you use Hypnuse.
G. Reminder Regarding Sensitive Personal Information
Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may easily cause harm to a natural person's personal dignity or endanger personal or property safety, including biometric information, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, location tracking, and other information, as well as personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.
The information provided by you or collected by us above may contain your sensitive personal information, such as SMS verification code matching results, health and physiological information, heart rate, blood oxygen and body movement data, and location information. Please handle sensitive personal information with care. You agree that we may process your sensitive personal information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy.
H. Others
If a function or product/service that needs to collect your personal information cannot be described in this Privacy Policy, or we use your personal information beyond the purposes stated at the time of collection, or we update the method, scope, or purpose of information collection, we will notify you separately and obtain your consent before collecting and using your personal information.
II. How We Use Your Information
Based on your account information, device information, and information on using our services, we compile statistics to understand your usage of our services, improve the design and functionality of our products and services, optimize user experience, and conduct necessary telephone follow-ups or email/SMS notifications based on the contact information you provide.
To improve the security of your use of services provided by us and our partners, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public, better prevent security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Hypnuse-related agreements, we may use or integrate your account information, device information, application usage information, and information that our partners obtain with your authorization or share in accordance with law.
If we use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance.
Without disclosing the privacy data of individual users, we have the right to conduct technical analysis of the entire user information database and commercially utilize the analyzed and organized user database. We will adopt commercially reasonable methods to protect the security of user personal information, and use available security technologies and procedures to protect user personal information from unauthorized access, use, or leakage.
III. How We Protect Minors' Personal Information
As stated in the preface, this platform is only for users aged eighteen (18) or above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under eighteen. If you discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, please notify us immediately, and we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
IV. Exceptions to Authorized Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, your authorized consent is not required for the collection of your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
- Directly related to national security and national defense security;
- Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
- For the protection of your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain your own authorized consent;
- Personal information that you have disclosed to the public on your own initiative;
- Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract at your request;

V. How We Store Your Personal Information
In principle, personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. As we provide products or services through globally distributed resources and servers, this means that, with your authorized consent, your personal information may be transferred to or accessed from jurisdictions outside the country/region where you use the products or services.
Such jurisdictions may have different data protection laws or may not have established relevant laws. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information receives protection equal to that within the People's Republic of China. For example, we will request your consent for the cross-border transfer of personal information, or implement security measures such as data de-identification before cross-border data transfer.
We store your personal information only for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and within the time limits required by laws and regulations. When the above periods expire, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it, or, when anonymization or deletion is impossible (e.g., your personal information has been stored in backups), securely store such personal information and isolate it from other data processing.
If we cease the operation of Hypnuse products or services, we will promptly stop the collection of your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations through a public announcement, and handle your personal information in accordance with the second paragraph of this section.
VI. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
A. Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual unless we obtain your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
- We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with law.
- Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to share your personal information to protect the interests, property, or security of us or our partners, you or other Hypnuse users, or the public from harm.
- Sharing with third-party partners. We may commission third-party partners to process personal information on our behalf, or share your personal information with partners with whom we have business cooperation relationships. However, we only allow partners who need to know such information to access it, and have established strict access control and monitoring mechanisms. We also require all personnel who may come into contact with your information to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Our partners include the following types:
- Service providers providing technical and consulting services. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers supporting us in providing services, including those providing infrastructure technical services, data processing, verification, assessment, credit review, risk control, and customer service. However, we require these service providers to use your information only for the purpose of providing services to us, and not for their own interests.
- Advertising and analysis service partners. Unless we obtain your explicit authorized consent, we will not share your personal information with third-party advertisers, analysis service providers (e.g., application traffic monitoring service providers), or other partners. We may provide these partners with aggregated, anonymized, or other information that cannot identify your personal identity, but will not share any of your identity information, account information, or other identifiable information.
B. Sharing Principles
- Authorized Consent Principle: Sharing your personal information with our affiliates or third parties requires your authorized consent, unless the shared information has been de-identified and the third party cannot re-identify the natural person subject of such information. If affiliates or third parties use the information for purposes beyond the scope of the original authorized consent, they need to obtain your consent again.
- Legality and Minimum Necessity Principle: Data shared with affiliates or third parties must have a legitimate and lawful purpose, and the shared data shall be limited to the minimum necessary to achieve the purpose.
- Security and Prudence Principle: We will prudently evaluate the purpose for which affiliates and third parties use the shared information, comprehensively assess the security capabilities of these partners, and require them to comply with cooperation legal agreements. We conduct strict security monitoring of the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) through which partners obtain information to protect data security.
C. Third-Party SDKs
To ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, and to enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application may embed SDKs or other similar applications from authorized partners. We conduct strict security testing on the application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs) through which authorized partners obtain relevant information, and agree with authorized partners on strict data protection measures, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
When you use the relevant services provided by such authorized partners in Hypnuse, those service plugins will collect and process your relevant personal information. Please note that the types of data processed by third-party SDKs may change due to version upgrades, strategy adjustments, and other reasons; please refer to their publicly disclosed official descriptions. We strongly recommend that you review and understand the privacy terms of any third-party SDK services before using them.
D. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any other company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
- We obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
- It is necessary to provide in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
- It is provided in accordance with relevant agreements signed with you or other legal document agreements;
- As our business develops, we may undergo mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or other similar transactions. If such transactions involve the transfer of your personal information, we will require the company, organization, or individual newly holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise, we will require them to obtain your authorized consent again.
E. Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances and on the premise of adopting industry-standard security protection measures:
- Disclosing the personal information you designate in the disclosure method you explicitly consent to, based on your needs;
- Where we are required to provide your personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, mandatory administrative law enforcement, or judicial requirements, we may publicly disclose it according to the required type and method. Subject to compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive such disclosure requests, we will require the corresponding legal documents to be issued. We firmly believe that we should maintain as much transparency as permitted by law regarding the information requested. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a legal basis and are limited to data that law enforcement departments have the legal right to obtain for specific verification purposes.
VII. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We have adopted security protection measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information, including:
- We have designated a dedicated personal information protection officer responsible for handling matters related to user personal information in Hypnuse-related products and services, as well as planning and formulating the company's privacy policies, reviewing user agreements for each product, and supervising the working principles and information processing mechanisms of each product.
- In accordance with information security classified protection requirements, we have formulated an overall policy and security strategy for information security work, established security management systems covering hosts, data, applications, and management, designated the technical department as the functional department for information security management, clarified the responsibilities, division of labor, and skill requirements of each department and position within the security management organization, and formulated clear personnel recruitment and departure management standards.
- The server systems storing user personal information are all security-hardened operating systems. We conduct account auditing and monitoring of server operations. If external announcements indicate security issues with server operating systems, Hypnuse will carry out server security upgrades at the earliest opportunity to ensure the security of all Hypnuse server systems and applications.
- We regularly organize training on personal information protection laws and regulations for our staff to strengthen their awareness of user personal privacy protection.
- We have formulated information security incident emergency plans and allocated sufficient resources to ensure the execution of the emergency plans. We conduct annual training and emergency drills for the emergency plans. If our physical, technical, or management protective measures are unfortunately compromised, we will promptly activate the emergency plan to prevent the expansion of the security incident, report to the national competent authorities as required by laws and regulations, and promptly inform you of the basic situation, possible impact, and measures taken or to be taken through reasonable and effective methods such as push notifications and announcements.
Please understand that due to technical limitations and the limitations of risk prevention, even if we have strengthened our security measures, we cannot always guarantee one hundred percent security. You need to understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience problems due to circumstances beyond our control.
VIII. Your Rights to Manage Personal Information
During your use of Hypnuse products and services, you can access and manage your personal information through the following methods:
A. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You can log into your Hypnuse personal account to query and correct your account information and the information you have provided.
B. Deleting Your Personal Information
You have the right to request Hypnuse to delete your personal information when the following circumstances occur:
- We collected your personal information without obtaining your consent in violation of law;
- Our processing of your personal information violates legal and regulatory requirements;
- We violated our agreement with you in using and processing your personal information;
- You have cancelled your Hypnuse account, uninstalled, or no longer use our products or services;
- We cease providing services to you.
You can contact us to request deletion through the methods provided in Section X. We will respond within 15 working days after confirming your user identity. After we delete your personal information from the server, we may not immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system, but will delete it when the backup is updated.
C. Withdrawing Authorization
Please understand that each business function requires certain necessary personal information to be completed. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services and functions corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
If you wish to withdraw the device permissions granted to us, you can do so at any time through the following methods:
- When using the App, you can disable camera (photos), microphone (recording), notifications (push messages), and phone (device call status and identification code) in the "Settings" of your device's operating system, changing the scope of consent or withdrawing your authorization. After withdrawal, we will no longer use those permissions.
- When using the mini program, you can manage the application permissions obtained by the mini program in the mini program interface, and you can withdraw the application permission authorization for the mini program.
D. Cancelling Your Personal Account
We provide the account cancellation function. You should read and agree to the "Hypnuse Account Cancellation Agreement." Under the condition of complying with the service agreement and relevant national laws and regulations, you can log into the Hypnuse APP and follow the page operation instructions for online cancellation. The cancellation path is: "Settings - Account and Security - Account Cancellation - I understand the risks, cancel immediately." Once you cancel your account, you will not be able to use the full range of user product services we provide, so please operate with caution. After account cancellation, we will cease providing the services and delete or anonymize your personal information at your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
E. Responding to Your Requests
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge fees in principle for reasonable requests, but for repeated or excessive requests, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the circumstances. We may refuse unreasonable, repetitive, technically burdensome requests, or requests that risk others' legitimate rights and interests.
In the following circumstances, we will not be able to respond to your request:
- Related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
- Directly related to national security and national defense security;
- Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
- We have sufficient evidence that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuses rights;
- For protecting your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the individual's own consent;
- Responding to your request will cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals or organizations;
- Involving trade secrets.
If we decide not to respond to your request, we will inform you of the reason for the decision and provide you with a channel for complaints.
IX. Scope, Changes, and Revisions of the Privacy Policy
As stated in the preamble, this Privacy Policy applies to Hypnuse products and services. It should be particularly noted that this policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, such as third-party services or websites linked through Hypnuse.
